Qualicum Beach

My trip to Qualicum Beach was awesome!

I attended Stephanie & Jesse's Wedding on Saturday. I am so thankful that they (Stephanie & Jesse and their family) were so willing to have me, a stranger, attend their wedding. The ceremony was beautiful. It was held at the beach. Such lovely ceremony!

The reception was held at the backyard of Stephanie & Jesse's house. They had a horse and buggy ride; and I got a ride. Furthermore, I got to drive the buggy! =) Amazing.
The reception went well; and I enjoyed every bit of it.

I got to hang out with Marijka and her parents for a couple of days.
I enjoyed every bit of my time there. I felt so welcomed and when it was time for me to leave, it was really, really hard. The one thing that I will cherish forever will be the fact that I felt loved, and I felt just like part of their family. I have been so blessed by the Westbroek family. :)

Me, getting to drive the buggy. All was well in the beginning.

Enjoying myself. Things were still fine...
Until, I didn't know what I did, but the horses started galloping and I freaked out all the people in the buggy!

See, I was so terrified myself, that I laughed and begged for help! ;p
We did not die. The guy finally took over the reigns and the horses stopped galloping at a high speed.
