Birthday Surprises

Today is my sister's birthday. =)

"Blessed Birthday Sam" You're 16!! =) Reminds me when I was 16! =p Haha... It was like, 3 years ago when I was 16! =p Anyway, hope you had a great day.

Her friends bought her a cake and had a tiny celebration in school. My boyfriend and I bought her 3 slices of Secret Recipe's Cake (Her fav) and later, my whole family will be watching movie to celebrate her birthday: Fantastic Four 2. =) I find it really cool going to the movies with my parents and siblings. =) I'm gonna miss it when I leave. I must say that my parents are really cool... =)

However, my sister did not really enjoy her day to the fullest because she had tuition to attend. But, what brightened her was that we're going to the movies after her tuition. =) I realized that my sister never celebrates her birthday on a big scale thingy - unlike me. I mean, it's not that I spend my parents' money, but as I reflected back, I'm amazed at how much I was blessed through my teen years...

13th bday: BBQ at my church garden with my friends
14th bdaÿ: KFC with my friends
15th bday: Surprise birthday celebration by the YWAMers and a supper with them
16th bday: Surprise party at Kudat during my leadér's retreat and a special choc cake from my dad
17th bday: Sheraton lunch with my close friends
18th bday: BBQ with my CG members
19th bday: Home cook food with my college friends and close CG members

I had such great memories, and sometimes I do wonder why my sister does not like celebrating her birthdays... Anyway, I hope that one day I'll be able to give her the best-est birthday. =) Maybe when she turns 21. =)

So yeah... that's a little update for today. =)
