Alright... I'm just so excited!!! Firstly, because my killer midterm is over! *Yes... jumps for joy* Secondly, because, well, erm, I'm just feeling excited. No apparent reasons... ;) Anyway, my midterm went okay (despite not having enough time; but I answered all the questions). I just thank God that I managed to study for it (thanks to Alison, who helped me to stay focus, and to take things one step at a time). So yeah, I'm glad it's over; and I can take some breather... ;)
Anyway, as I'd said, updates!!! ;) Let's start with Evangelism. On Tuesday, I went for Evangelism... This week I went with Robyn (and yeah, we all miss you Georgia!) It was indeed a great time. I actually surveyed an Atheist... Like, I've never talked to an atheist before concerning God; and if God's strength and courage wasn't with me, I won't have dared to ask him if he would like to know God in a personal way! Robyn talked to this girl who said she was from a Christian background, but isn't really sure about God... So yeah, it's amazing how people on campus are open to hear about God; well, they're not ready to accept God into their lives, but that is okay, because in His time, God will make things happen. We are to be "bearers" of His Word; and to make Him known to others. ;) It's awesome... I'm definitely looking forward to the next Evangelism; and to see what God is going to do... ;)
Next... Today! I started to join the prayer group on campus. It's my first time, but I find it really "comforting" being in the midst of fellow believers. It's like, the presence of those people today (Alison, Marijka, Margaret, Lauren, Emily) just brought comfort and peace to me. I don't know how to describe it, but I sense this peace... So yeah... =)
And at night, I went for my Bible Study! It was AWESOME how God led us. It's amazing how from a few questions I had, it ended up being a whole discussion, and we all learn about obedience, and God's blessings in Noah and Abraham's lives. Yeah, it was awesome; and from this Bible Study, it refreshes my spirit... And I was just filled with awe and blessings and gratefulness and JOY for God's blessings. I was filled with so much JOY that I can't contain it... Hehe... Like, I realized that since I got to Victoria, God has blessed with something I truly treasure - Friends. Yes, may it be new friends I made, or "long-time" friends... Truly, I am so blessed. =)
So yeah, those are the highlights of my week.... ;) Sort of... The interesting ones... =) Hehe... I'm glad the weekend's almost here.. I can't wait for Saturday! Mustard Seed... Yay! Ooops... And Friday too! IVCF!!!! Yes! ;)
Btw, Georgia, if you're reading this, maybe we can go hang out together some time... Just to chat.. ;) If that is fine with you... Let me know k. Thanks...
And well yeah, to others too who wanna hang out because I feel like hanging out with friends - It's my way to show you that I treasure you lots! (But what if I'm not in Victoria you say... well no worries, we can always meet online through MSN I guess... haha... ;p Like what I do with my brother, sister, mum, and dad. We use the webcam to connect with one another... hehe...)
