PNE Trip

Today, my grandaunt and granduncle took me to PNE (Pacific National Exhibition). This event is held annually, and I’m really fortunate to have gone for it. There are like, umpteen kinds of shops, and shows there. We went to watch the Peking Acrobats and Superdogs! =) The Peking Acrobats were awesome!!! I was in shock and awe when they performed the stunts. They were really good. =) As for the Superdogs, it’s a Canadan production and boy were the dogs super! =) There were different breeds of dogs and all of ‘em were good in different stunts. They were so cute too… Especially the smaller dogs… =) Those were the only 2 shows we watch… Spent some time walking around the place. Had some bites. Boy, I tell you… Everything smelt so so good! However, when I saw the price, I kinda got filled up because by the time I convert the Price, heck, I won’t pay for it… For example, it’s 4 dollars for fries, and it means that Im paying RM12 plus for the fries… I know that I’m not supposed to convert, but I can’t help it… =p Anyway, thank God for blessings – got to eat pretzels, German hotdog, and delicious mini donuts! =p Hehe… I’m telling you, the mini donuts were the BEST!!! They were awesome! Ah… feel like eating ‘em some more.. Hehe… Anyway, I went for a short grocery shopping, and that’s where I did not convert – especially my favorite Goldfish biscuits!!! You can’t get it in Malaysia and it’s only 2.99 dollars. =) Hehe… Plus, I had a good deal for Oreo biscuits… my, my… they have different kinds of flavored Oreos… Had a hard, hard time choosing… Same goes with the cereals… Okay, I did convert the price, and it’s defnitely more expensive, but some of them, I can’t get it back home. So yeah, I guess I got quite a good deal for my first grocery shopping. =)
So yes, below are some pictures… Sorry I did not take any pictures of the Peking Acrobats and Superdogs because I saw no one took any and I better not start flashing or I might get kick out! Lolz…
Oh, before that, I learnt a few things today:
1. I’m always on the wrong side of the road and I have to get used to it.. Lolz… (people drive on the right side, unlike back home)
2. I have to buckle myself up even though I’m sitting at the back or I’ll get fine.
3. I have to get used to the fact that people here cut their toast or whatsoever into bite size and not hold the whole piece and bite it off... Lolz…

Oh, this... hmmm.. the mini donuts... so Yummy!!! It sort of melts in your mouth, blended with the wonderful spices and sugar in 'em... ah... I'll want to eat these again... Hehe...
