I has been days since I last blogged. I wanted to, but each time I was occupied with other things. Anyway, here's a brief update of some meaningful events...
-Friday-
I went out for dinner with my boyfriend at Swenson's. It was actually a surprise. It was really thoughtful of him. I had loads of fun - was filled up. (Really filled up) We had: Chicken baked rice, french fries, Mega burger and a double scoop ice-cream with hot fudge and marshmallow. What a blast! Hehe... When I got back home, I could not sleep as I was just too full. (Ran up and down the stairs a couple of times. hehe...) Anyway, another highlight was waiting for the bus. Had to wait for it for about an hour. Haha... By the time I got home, it was past 11pm. (waited for the bus at 9.30pm) =p

I went to help my aunt for her photo shoot. This time round, she has 14 kinds of dishes to shoot. I helped her with whatever she needs help. It was really tiring, but then again, I had lots of fun as well as insight to cooking. =) At the end of the day, my family and I went over to my aunt's house to eat the food. Well, as usual, I filled myself up! (No wonder I put on some weight... LOLz...)

"Blessed Mother's Day"
Yup, today is Mother's Day. I volunteered to cook dinner. Hmm... I just made a statement that I would like to cook dinner today but never thought of really fulfilling it. Anyway, I did cooked dinner tonight. What a day it was for me. Plus, the night before, I could not sleep because of the tea I drank at my aunt's house. Haha... Slept only at 4am this morning. Anyway, this morning, I started by baking a chocolate cake. This is something to be proud of la because the cake actually came out PERFECT. (Emphasize Perfect because everytime I try to bake something, things never seemed to come out the way I want it to)
Anyway, for the main course, my sister and I did Spaghetti with white sauce, quiche, sausages and mash potatoes. Check the pics out:
